How can we judge what is profane, what is not

Final Manifesto : how can we judge what is profane what is not From the last manifesto about the city that people incarcerated deeply into folly thing , Bangkok, “nang kwak” : the beckoning lady brings business and love . Also everyone got their own representation of “nang kwak” so, that make me realize something then that how profane could be ? what’s thing that we use to decide something that which one is profane or not ? I got this idea from temple where I went last week and I found some point that seems very interesting there. charity means an activity or gift that benefits the public at large Donor specification , on the temple wall , a luxury granite and marble where attach with donor’s name on itself every 2 meters so, there’s light up my idea that when we want to donate something is it essential enough to specify the donor’s name on ? Should other know whoever donate a lot of money for this wall, Sa-mien-naree temple? So , who’s said that “charity is mean need nothing back ?” even if there’s absolutely be marketing at all and it’s work so well because I can remember the name of people whom I never meet before and if one day, he’s apply to be a member of the Assembly he might got it cause his name is already well-known . Because there’s got another donation that donors did not attach their name on a paper money at all Therefore, how profane of this case? Profane or not? If whatever they have done absolutely used religion as a tool for them. And which one is more profane between The hotel "where used" an element of temple be a marketing or MK "where be" an element of temple for marketing ? Did any Buddhist feel offended with the case ? of couse , they did . The theme design of hotel is The lost ancient palace by reproduce the design form Laanna temple style and decorated with a lot of ancient elements , therefore, there’s the cause that everyone have to follow on and comments on because there’s indicate in terms of bhuddha and temple but the owner absolutely confirm that "There are palace style not temple style" at all , there’s an art ,the nicely palace and do not looking in terms of religion even if in every terms there’s actually be representation of temple so well. Another case that seems support my idea is the “the secret of the last supper” that I had read after finished the book , internet researching is a good way to study deeply more about the interesting painting from Leonardo Da Vinci that what’s the secret behind this artwork and summary I found it. Take one JPEG of “The Last Supper” by Leonardo, save a second copy Flip the copy horizontally then, Overlay the copy on the original, and adjust transparency From computer technique , the hidden secret is Leonardo Da Vici did not painting jesus and 12 disciples but there’re got a person in red robe and baby at the painting. The truth was lay bare by a computer technician but there’s got a lot of people who contradicted this idea because of the reason that there’s too nonsense and it’s just accidentally at all. How technology shape your perception ? no one could deny that they can living without technology in nowadays , even if i were try to do it once time there can not be absolutely uesless but i can do only used in less. how we can do like that in digital age as present time ? for example ; 8 years ago the most poppular one is nokia 3310 , anyone who got it ,he's so cool mann , in that time the prices is about 8,000 bath or more but next 3 years later nokia 3310 is gone and you can buy it only 2,000 bath and the new one is coming more and more until now blackberry the most popular one , the cell phone which not be only cell phone , the cell phone that completely do everything that you need as Seneca: said " Whatever begins, also ends." How technology related to designer as us ? for now most of designer used tools or program to create their design instead of hand drawing,there seems like the design was happen follow tools , there's curved because the program got a curve line tool then they curve,a lot of designer gave their reason that because there's convenience and easier than sketching ,it can delete,edit,copy,paste and can do a lot in the same time as hand drawing .A lot of company decided about new employee from skills,3ds max,skecth up , nice rendering be required. absolutely agree that because we are all in digital age and everyone should follow the trend to avoid to be an ancient or and outmoded one. so , next is the suggestion about one day that show how technology effect to our live.. in the morning you woke up by a noisy clock you have to take a bath right now you open lighing switch and shower a hot water from heater because that day was so cold then you are looking at a digital watch which showing that you're quiet late then you're driving your car to the university during the time ,your cell phone is ringing your friend tell you that teacher going to check your name in a minute , you have no choice because you are on the way that got a traffic jam so you can do only relaxing yourself by listening music from dvd player then half hour later you're sitting in lecture room now where teacher is lecture all student by a PDF file in his computer passing a projector , you're not really care anymore then you open your laptop and rendering your design project in 3d program and turn your blackberry volume down.. yeah..technology drive the world..

as previous one ,psychogeographical map that i was shared ,there's showing my experience, idea ,perception to a nature that I'm walking pass linked to Jewish museum ,Daniel Libeskind also need all user to follow his psychogeographical map passing by Jewish museum even if there's not his experince but there seem perfectly representation of psychogeographically mapping one in terms of presenting how's Jewish feel and he done that well whatever sound,touching,visual or any 5 sensual percentions.

so, about line at Jewish museum, all lines got there own meaning for example, why Daniel Libeskind created plan like the image below what's he wanna present if all you guy used to be juwish once a time ? ; long way long time ? confusing ? no choice? under the force ? there might reading form the line that designer was created one

related to interior apace also . less daylight usage , sharpen corner , a lot of niches

psychogeographical map There’s the way from Soa+d to dormitory take 5 minutes so ,during a way , there make me realized something . as blue one represented all nature where I receive from my visual during the way.and from image above , a huge space one which made me realize something about city and nature . Human have been learning to surviving with nature for long time ago ,we trainning ourself by let us adapting to nature.nowadays, there's a lot of space was transfer to be community , society and the city "nature" was in place of synthersis one,not only physical thing but also mental sounds like higher technology do not improve human's mind as well. By the way, Bangkhuntien seems like supporting my opinion that "nature" have to adapt itself to us. originally, Bangkhuntien called country one then technology and civilization changing BKT to be a new city one in place a farm . There're a lot of building here and looks likes Gymnasium building is beginning and there will be completed soon and come surrounding by a lot of tree which already located on site. There's looks like a farm that was grow by someone that located like linear line be so more intended to grown it. As you can see a lot of banana tree beside IT building , one type of tree that seems grow fastest and easily too, but it might be something wrong with them because their not ever grow up anymore since 2 years ago, but it's also survive as well . maybe, there's seems like 'Buildings and users need shady and good atmosphere ,so there should have a green and it have to grow up !' so, "nature" never was training to grown , "nature" can grown and survive on their way. There's seems like "nature" was crowded by "unnatural" into natural one. related to a lot of national park was found and crowded ownership by man , restore , make up and adding more ,there's all for more comfortable for human wholly. Including any resorts on a hill where cite that there was design by using point that the resort have to related to site and be harmonious to surrounding by using less of material and article on many natural wastery.

back to Bangkhuntien , meanwhile bangkhuntien city is growing fast and faster but nature which we try to save there's turn down more and more.

Spatial Perception : Sacared and Profane

If any sacred is be the higest and can't do any mean on so why we still surround by profanation ? Tee-ju-eear : Chinese traditional shrine which housing spirit one , who got it in their home should offer and worship by tea and oranges every morning for praying that they will got more income , good health and good luck because Chinese believe that there's got a sacred or an spirit living in . next time later , they let's it become like this a useless one .. or spirit absolutely gone ? maybe they were known that the spirit gone and there're mean nothing for them anymore , so left them away might be the best way to do but if the spirit still living in , how do they know ? as same as Thai's ,the traditional shrine one. there's still using in this age but now is the digital age ,the traditional style could change follow the times. Can you imaging that if you got your building one , whatever modern style or consturction one and you put a traditional shine in fornt of your building there will be competely contrast one. There's the reason why a modern shrine was occur. that's all in terms of design but interm of function one, how do the designer know that an ancient spirit will prefer modern style than the traditional one ? will they got any confuse ? or dislike it ? we were teaching that when we design something , there should be appropriate for character and habit of usage as much as possible . Which anyone told that there's all be sacred ? why they do not concern about it did they do any profane on their design ? and moreover that did I do any profane to mention on ?

"architecture is fixed but housing inside could be anything"

Deep in the heart of the Dominican Republic lies an unusual bookstore, aptly named Selexyz Dominicanen. It is housed in Maastricht, in the bowels of an ancient church which was constructed in 1294. And this church boasts the same comforts as any bookstore — a small cafe (now nestled in the church choir) and tables so one could pursue books — so it’s a wonder why if one lives in Maastricht, you’d shop anywhere else. from above image there's an ancient church which was constructed in 1294. but for now there's changing to be a bookstore and a small cafe inside by still conserve existing architecture but the space inside , the housing one could bu change to anything depent on time because we all do not know what's the architecture could be in 10 - 20 years later , today there's a bookstore and a cafe in place of space of church , there might be a casino or a large swimming pool in the future . for my idea , an empty form is a functional space , which can do anything ,anytime for anyone . there's no matter for the existing one, an architecture even if the inside was changed ,changing and going to change as well . As I alreadt said that no one know what's going to be in the future like 20 - 40 years later but if we design a pure form one for support any activities that wil be happen there that means we will success in an empty form , in my opinion there might called "fullness form" instead of empty form because there's functional space to support even if the architecture still fixed as well .

I'm not really understanding why everyone needs to come to Bangkok, no matter there are cause of study or finding some jobs ,most people seems proudly with "BANGKOK" there might because Bangkok be the capital of Thailand ,but capital is not means the best of everything. In my opinion ,

the cage one, the city that people cage theirself in every term, we all surrounding by cage that we believe there're safe. The city that people incarcerated deeply into folly thing ,arrogance that we are urbanity .We are losting and be misguided that we're already prosperously. Even technology lead the world or computer’s age ,Bangkok still be the same language ,the context of Bangkok never change, till language of Bangkok be attractiveness for everyone who need to come. So , there’s one question what’s the first idea if you thinking about Bangkok ?

I did not prefer to looks at the dark side but the dark side always be true.

another idea is a Shrine, spirit house when we heard "spirit house”

Our imagination will be the traditional house one for an old man and angel who lives in and do not insultingly as well .There's also be the representation that everyone have seen before but according to nowadays is digital age.

there's a changing time ,representation of shrine is changed follow the modern trend. everybody got their own reason, there’s absolutely not insulting because only the design ,representation one that was change but the language is still.

That made me realized something that if I change only cover one , I means representation one ,so language and context is still be that means do not insultingly ?. Because for each person got different representation of the imagination of the same thing. its seem a bit contradiction about the belief and the outcome.For the spirit inside, the old man and angel,they might feel unfamiliar with the new design one



So, according to the modern shrine above that language is still be even the cover is new one, if I use the same theory bring into another thais belief “nang kwak” : the beckoning lady brings business and love .Also everyone got their own representation of “nang kwak”

As you can see, Japanese use cats instead of “nang kwak” for brings a lot of income into their shop so, There will be no matter if I change the representation one
So , all this the reason why I wonder is follow that we were teaching ,we have to got question all the time and be necessary to find any reason to support that what where when why and how ? there're the way we usually doing and ever thought it always right.
